The award-winning Chef Tojo has always been passionate about experimenting with flavours and new dishes. Feeling limited by the strict Japanese culinary traditions, Tojo moved to Vancouver in 1971. Tojo was first to introduce Omakase to Vancouver’s culinary scene and is the creator of countless well-known dishes, including the “California Roll”.

Hailing from Vancouver, Denice Wai is the chief instructor and founder of Six Senses Limited, which established 6 Senses Cooking Studio in 2004. With a main goal of promoting a healthy lifestyle and sharing her personal food experiences, Denise integrates the best of the West and the East into her own unique cooking styles.

Throughout his 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Hung has developed unrivaled techniques and secret recipes. He is a 3-time champion of the Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival Competition from 2007 to 2010. Since 2009, Chef Hung Taiwanese Beef Noodle has expanded internationally, bringing this famed Taiwanese dish across the world.
